How our pricing works

When someone buys a ticket or registers for a program, they pay a small platform fee on top of standard credit card processing. You always receive 100% of your listed prices. It's that simple.

Many schools can't set up merchant accounts due to district policies. We'll process payments for you and send paper checks on your schedule or work with your booster club - monthly, bi-weekly, or whatever works for your accounting department.

Why do you do it this way?

Because we're theater folks who know every dollar matters. That $50/month software subscription? That's scripts, costume pieces, or paint for your set. We believe your budget should go to your art, not your software.

What if we just need communication tools?

That's wonderful! If you just want to start with communications and add ticketing, donations, or registration later that is totally fine. Many groups do this in phases. If you can't use our ticketing, registration, or donation modules we have a special communications only subscription. Please reach out to learn more about this.

What if we need to refund someone?

We've got your back. While credit card processing fees go to Stripe (that's standard everywhere), we refund every penny of our platform fees. You're never stuck paying for something that didn't happen.

Can I try it before committing?

Nothing for your organization. Small patron fees cover everything. No setup fees, no monthly charges, no contracts.
