Account deletion requests can be made via the same support email above. Your request must come from the email your account is registered to. If you didn't use an email or don't have access any longer to that email we may require additional methods to validate you as the owner of the account. Deletion requests take up to 48 business hours to complete. Your user account and any associated data that is not specific to you or your household(s) participation with the programming of a specific organization will be deleted. All data associated with you or your households participation with the programming of a specific organization (registrations, payments, tickets, chats, attendance, etc.) will be retained to ensure accurate historical records for CircleUp participating organizations.
